eCommerce iFrame Solution

The HostedPCI iFrame Solutions allows merchants to collect customer credit card information without the inconvenience of redirecting the customer to a third-party payment page. The HostedPCI iFrame is embedded into an HTML document and seamlessly integrated into a website. This allows merchants to maintain control of the checkout process while providing a safe and user-friendly experience. This solution is Level 1 PCI compliant.

Call Center IVR

Our IVR solution allows the call center customer representative to remain on the line while the customer is entering their credit card information. This solution allows merchants to deliver high-level customer service, keep information secure, and reduce their PCI scope. HostedPCI’s IVR is easily implemented by using an API call that connects to a call center’s interface. The IVR solution tokenizes the details as they are being entered in real-time.

API Tokenization

HostedPCI provides API tokenization for merchants who would like to reduce their PCI scope by not storing or exchanging real credit card data while keeping their collection process of the credit card the same. This solution allows merchants to collect credit cards without changing their entire collection flow. Merchants can send the credit card PAN through the API tokenization and retrieve a token and process credit cards securely through the HostedPCI Payment API.

Inbound Message Transfer

At HostedPCI we understand that some Merchants may not only need to process credit card transactions, but also need a secure way to collect credit cards from their different vendors. HostedPCI’s new Inbound Message Transfer feature is the solution these merchants have been looking for. This feature will allow HostedPCI to collect the credit card numbers from the vendors, tokenize them and generated new credit card tokens to be returned to the merchant through a secure method.

Vaulting

The HostedPCI tokenization and payment vaulting services are the core of the business that we provide to merchants for all of their online payment needs. The tokenization process replaces the credit card PAN with a secure token. The real credit card is then stored within a HostedPCI secure vault. Each merchant receives their own staging vault and live vault to keep their information separate from all other merchants.

The HostedPCI token structure can be adjusted to best suit any merchants needs, we have 3 standard structure types. When required, HostedPCI is happy and willing to develop more.
